Hello Book Bosses, This is a really quick post to say I am postponing tomorrow's Q4 Planning Session until Monday as I am unwell with flu/covid symptoms I've picked up from my younger daughter..... but really want to get it in before the start of October so this will take place at 4pm UK time on Monday - I know a lot couldn't make today's session anyways so this might be better for us all. In the meantime................ I hope you are all enjoying your weekend remember we have a LIVE Q4 BOOK BOSS SESSION happening on Monday 29th September at 4pm UK time. _____ In this video below I am researching in real time on Amazon my next low content books to publish. I show you exactly how I do my research and how I assess how I will make sure my books are going to stand out in the market and be the best books. Definitely watch this video if you want to know how to research how to create profitable books, how to research profitable niches and how to find pockets of obscure niches that are emerging and profitable too. Have a notebook and pen to hand to make your notes on. There are 100's and 100's of different profitable logbooks and trackers besides the ones I am showing in this video. Try to be creative and always look at the suggested books on the carousels at the bottom of the page to suggest new niches and ideas as you go along too. The key is to find profitable books that have been published very recently in the last 6 months AND to thinkof ways and strategies you can use to make your book stand out and to make people choose YOUR BOOK over all the others! AND how you can charge $9.99+ for your books too is going to be a really great strategy for YOUR BUSINESS! _____ I'll see you all on Monday!

Hi @Abbie Cornall and everyone, so I 'finished' my book and it's live on Kindle (I actually uploaded a version on 7 September but never announced it because it wasn't that great yet). Now I want to change the price to zero so I can announce it to my community and get reviews. Except it wont let me make it $0 unless I am in KDP Select. ChatGPT tells me I can do that for 5 days and then switch back to 70% royalty (is that what you all are choosing?). This book is different in that it isn’t about profit. It’s about getting my message out there, building visibility for my brand, and bringing more people into my community. So is the 5 day KDP select the best way for me to go for this book?
