Before And After My Bike Lights Were Stolen
Earlier this year I was out on a mountain bike road trip in B.C. I had my bin filled with my fav (and only) camping gear, floating hammock, and my bike lights. Well, that box either flew out of my truck bed on the highway or more plausibly, when I came home from the trip at 10pm someone stole the box during the night.
Why do I share this short sappy story? I really miss my hammock, but I really needed new bike lights because the days were getting shorter with light hrs and I still wanted to take advantage of fall riding. Previously, I had one of each light; a budget friendly light, mid and high-level light. Replacing them was going to be $$$. So I did research on what is the best type of light for mountain bike riding. I blogged my findings here:
