Come innnnn baby! Welcome Home, to yourself, your body, your strength, your juiciness and full expression. Body Reunion is a Homecoming to all parts of you -- body-mind-spirit -- and a rediscovery of the pleasures of being alive, in a BODY.
I have two main objectives for opening this space:
- To give you a fully-immersive space where you can reconnect with yourself, without the noise of Instagram, YouTube, etc.... Distraction-less. Expansion-full. Keeping you regulated, centered, enlivened, & inspired.
- To have ONE place where I pooouuur ALL of the work I am creating (one-woman-show-style) for you:: follow-along workouts, audio journeys, meditations, sensuality practices, chats, etc. Full focus on YOU, HERE.
