How to get bigger?
Someone asked me in the gym the other day "how do I get bigger?".
You know what I said?
You probably think I gave him the bulking tips or some shit, no.
I said
"Fucking eat more, how many meals are you eating? Okay 5 then bump it up to 6, 7, 8"
"You can't? Why the fuck are you wasting my time?"
You simply can't save someone who is retarded.
