Being Honest said Dungeons are from 2E and 3-3.5e and Homebrews that gained Noteriety. We want to change that by having the Entire Community help us make a NEW "Endless" Dungeon implementing the '24 Bastion Rules. If interested in participating, please drop a comment. Let's make History Together. I'll make the DNDBEYOND Campaign for it if Enough ppl are interested

Character Concept for long RP heavy campaign
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sheet-pdfs/WayneRibi_121812315.pdf Odiari was born to a changeling mother and human father. Their mother never let her true form show and pretended to be a human most of the time, she was from the streets and grew up poor. She met her husband to be, when she bumped into him one day while out scavenging. He was a ruggedly handsome nobleman from a prominent house. It was love at first sight. Odiari's mother was introduced to the family and shunned because she lacked status. Their relationship continued in secret until Odiari's mother fell pregnant with Odiari. Their father put the love of his life up is a remote country cottage with a couple of servants, one being a midwife. Their parents love grew as they did, although it was still in secret and their father did not stay in the cottage. His constant absence raised suspension with novels. During Odiari's birth, their mother could not keep her human form and reverted to her true form. This shocked the midwife and servant. Once Odiari was born, the midwife left in a hurry. Their mother knew this would be trouble so Odiari, their mother and the remaining servant fled into the night. After years of normal living, the servant, now Odiari's second mother, was recognised in a small village market by the midwife who delivered Odiari. Unknown to the family this was passed back to Odiari's father and the nobles. This brought his father and nobles to the little homestead they had created. There was no conversation, no warning, just a blaze that burn everything to cinders. The whole family trapped in their house, surrounded, had know where to escape too this time. Luckily Odiari's mothers planned for something like this, Odiari was hidden in a deeply dug safe room. The wood structure soaked in water and Odiari just about drowned by the water, kept them safe from the flames. In their moment of need, something came to them, a Genie, who offered to keep them safe if they did something for them in return. In a panicked moment and unwise youth, Odiari made a deal and was kept safe to live another day.
Help with an Alchemist build
I want to build a real alchemist, someone who relies on alchemical items in combat (Acid, Alchemist Fire, etc. like the Pathfinder Alchemist). The problem here is that the attack roll has been changed into a saving throw, so I can't use them as improvised weapons, nor do I add any boni to the dmg, right? Is there a way around it, like using a sling? Would that mean an attack roll + the saving throw and extra damage? Of course, you can just play a sorcerer and reflavor the spells. But that's boring. I what to make use of the underwhelming Crafter feat and be -ideally- a barbarian (reckless and frenzy work with thrown weapons), or other martial.
Return of the Half-Dragon?
I can't br the Only 1 that wants this Back Right?
What is your current build for a character your playing?
Hello guys. I am curious to hear what characters you are playing at the moment. I'll start with a short intro to the setting 🙂 I am currently playing in a campaign set in a homebrew world named Usalia. In this 2nd campaign, in this world, this time we are playing in the continent Emerise Empire - a desert land filled with uneasy alliances between great clans and a heavy dose of honor and traditions. And more importantly, a new resource called Unobtanium, which has groundbreaking properties for magical Tech. Something the people of Emerise is not interested in, since it would completely change their way of life. This combination is halting technical progression, wich have left opportunity for outside influences, whom promise power and wealth to the Emperor of Eremise. This is a recipe for nationwide conflict and a legitimate reason for other Clans to challenge the current Emperor for the seat of power. Aight, so. I'm playing a half elf Swashbuckler rouge/warlock. I was not ment to, since I really liked @Sage Crane swashbuckler battlemaster with double bladed scimitar. Alas, at some point in the story, we freed an old spirit from a tomb, and I used that opportunity to get a ginie patrion. Here is the build Rouge (Swashbuckler) 4 lvl. Warlock (ginie) 5 lvl. pact of the chain Invocations: Eldritch mind gift of the ever living ones ( we play with no auto full hp on long rest) Mask of many faces Feats: Lvl 4 rouge - elven accuracy In combat: Plays like a melee rouge. Going in with the spell shadow blade and booming blade and tries to land one good hit, with the help of elven accuracy/advantage from familiar or being on dim light or darkness. That's 4d8 + 2d6 + 8 (and we do like crits) And then move away to try and trigger 2d8 from booming. Out of combat. I'm high charisma with expertise skills to back it up. My little imp buddy is so great for scouting and infiltration. Basically all my spells from warlock goes into infiltration and espionage.
