Consistent filter coffee?
In your opinion what is the simplest way to get consistent high quality filter brews? Something that you can do easily without much equipment and would not hesitate to recommend to beginners as well?
Edit (recommendation so far) :
Step 1: Get good coffee. Preferably grind fresh. If not possible get small batches ground at your local cafe.
Step 2: Secure great water.
Step 3: Brew immersion brews and see how you like it. It can even be done without any equipment.
Step 4: Start off with equipment that has low barrier to entry, doesn't require too much skill and is consistent. My suggestion: Clever dripper for clarity of brews. Or aeropress for versatility and portability.
