Visibility doesn't happen by accident—it happens when we intentionally support one another. This week's mission is all about INSTAGRAM! STEP 1: Drop Your Link Share ONE Instagran post from the past 7 days that you'd like the MOB to help amplify. Tell us your 1) Business Name, 2) What the post is about, and 3) the Facebook Post Link STEP 2: Complete the Mission Choose at least THREE other members' posts and complete these actions: -- LIKE the post -- LEAVE A MEANINGFUL COMMENT - Think conversation—not just emojis! -- FOLLOW their Facebook page if you aren't already connected. That's it! When you've completed someone's mission, reply to their comment with "Done!" so they know you've stopped by. Remember... We're not waiting for the algorithm to notice us. We're making sure our sisters are seen. Let's get to work, MOB! 💪🏾

Show Up Before They Ask This week, don’t wait for somebody to “need” what you offer. Post one clear reminder of what you do, who you help, and how people can work with you. 1. Create one post that says: “I help [who] with [what] so they can [result].” 2. Add one invitation: “DM me,” “Book a call,” “Visit my site,” or “Join my list.” 3. Add #BLKGRLMOB and we'll share your post on our FB Page!

I know. June starts tomorrow. But we’re kicking things off today! Take a look at the video and complete your 1st MOB Mission this week! This week’s MOB Mission: Find one MOB Boss in this community whose work you admire. Share her business on your social media today. Tag her. Tag us. Tell the world exactly why she deserves to be seen. Screenshot it and drop it here so we can amplify it even further. That’s how we start June. Together. Loud. Impossible to ignore.
