Goal shift
Ok ladies I decided since my weight is in a decent place I am doing a 180 on my goal. With everything going on in life ive been shutting down again and trying to handle it myself so I want to be more intentional with my prayer and devotional time. My goal is to get up 30 minutes earlier each day and do it before work but at the very least do it on my lunch break if I dont get up in time.
Also if you have any recommendations on encouraging devotionals that would be great! I doxhave a wonderful daily one but i seem to do better if there is a theme or 'goal'
