Good morning, Blessed Moms, Begin each morning or evening, setting aside just a few moments for reflection on God’s love and self-affirmation to calm yourself. Daily Affirm: Starting today, each Monday, I will provide a Moms' Community Affirmation that will prayerfully resonate with you daily. Add Depth to Affirmations: As you grow more comfortable, you can gradually expand your repertoire with specific affirmations to address areas of your life where you seek growth or healing. Whether it's fostering self-love, embracing resilience, or finding joy in the little moments, this will add depth to your affirmations. Be Consistent: Like tending to a cherished garden, consistency nurtures the seeds of positive change. Dedicate a few moments throughout the day to engage with your affirmations, even if it's just a brief pause amidst the hustle and bustle. Find a calm place: Give yourself the time and space to practice (even alone time in the shower can work if need be!) Find a place where you won't be interrupted (or less likely to be) so you can center yourself and have a moment to practice affirmations. Affirming yourself in front of a mirror is also a great way to start and end the day. Create Visual Reminders: Scatter sticky notes with your favorite affirmations in visible spots around your home, workspace, or car.
