I was reading in this book by Na'am Akbar he says, "the responsibility and the right of leadership is exercise leadership over yourself" This sentiment is echoed by many leaders and trainers of leaders. In my own life I have had to learn and relearn the lesson bitterly. Sometimes pain is the only way we learn.

As men we have to build a legacy. In order to build a legacy we have to have a solid foundation. What type are men are we? We have to get our own house in order. Then start future thinking. Where you can even entertain a legacy.

This is life is precious. Here today gone tomorrow. That is why it is so important to empty the tank. To do and give all you can. To invest in relationships. To pass on your legacy. To live a full life. Full of love and laughter
