I wanted to take time to say thank you to those who have managed to find me! This community is an activity log combined with stories of my past of ways that have managed to keep me alive.
In this community we celebrate small victories. You managed to brush your teeth today... Cheers to you! You wrote that email you've been putting off... Hooray 🙌. All of these little victories stack up to what kept you alive in that moment. And always remember every interaction you have in our community is already living proof what were doing is working and you have successfully managed how to NOT die.
