Hello Everyone!!
Matt here, I’m a 5th degree level 2 black belt in taekwondo. When I’m not on the mat, I’m the Area training manager for Noodles and Company. I have an amazing wife and 4 awesome kids (my two oldest boys are 5th degree level 2 black belts as well, the other 2 kiddos are 3rd degree black belts.). My 30-60 day goal is training and passing my pretest (Actually in 3 days) to give me the opportunity to test for 6th degree master in July! Longer term goal is to continue testing prep and be at my very best for Master testing! Can’t wait to meet everyone that joins the BBTC!!

I'm Heather Angel and I'm a newbie to strength training. My purpose is that I want to strengthen my body before I get any older. I'm seeing the generations above me losing their mobility because it wasn't a focus, and quite frankly - I still want to be able to ski (water and snow), kayak, and hike when I'm 85. I'm a reeeeeallly (HAHA) long ways off from that, but I want to start now. I live a virtual life - home base is Virginia. I'm a bit of a free spirit and love being outdoors as much as humanly possible. A few personal things about me: - I love change. - I’m extremely outgoing and brutally honest. - I have an eclectic personality – think skulls and hello kitty meet the cheshire cat. - I’m an adventure junkie and love being in nature. - If you’re looking for me, you’ll probably find me soaking up some sun on a beach somewhere or in the mountains camping with the bears. My number one goal for the next 30 days is to start simply (simply start) with kettlebells. I also want to add breathwork into the mix - I miss it. I think this was a longer post than it was supposed to be... thank you for coming to my TedTalk. 😅
