🎉 Big shoutout to Troy Ingram from Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Chesapeake!
After spending some time talking with Troy, one thing became very clear: this guy is sharp.
He loves tracking data, pays attention to the details, asks thoughtful questions, and genuinely wants to understand what’s happening inside his academy—not just guess.
What I respect most is that he also understands the value of mentorship. No matter how smart we are, we can all get where we’re trying to go faster when we have someone helping us identify blind spots and stay focused on the right things.
I’m excited to work with Troy through the Black Belt Business Advisory Program and see what we can accomplish together.
