The Website Handoff Problem
A website can be finished and still create problems for the business.
I’ve seen businesses get a new website, then struggle with simple things like updating content, managing leads, connecting tools, or knowing what to do next.
That’s why I think a website project shouldn’t end when the design is delivered.
The website needs to fit into how the business actually operates.
When you receive a new website, what would make you feel like the project was truly successful?
