Hi all, My name is Jeff Mendelson and I'm based in Fort Lauderdale. I have been an agency owner for waayyy too long and have done just about everything agency-related under the sun. I’m currently working on making some kick-ass, time-saving automations and utilizing GHL to the fullest. My current projects include AI-bot automation for real estate and podcast automations. I’m also working with up-to-date, active real estate agents email lists from various large metros (agents with active RE listings <3 months active and cleaned). Hi my name is Chris Cochran. I am a Home Inspector who has started a training company to help others enter the Inspection field. However, I have found a taste for the tech side and am pivoting to start an online VoIP using GHL. I missed a couple of inspection calls that was out of my control and knew I needed an assistant (read: Bot) to help keep leads from escaping my grasp, people will move on to another inspector in minutes. I bought one of Russ's older bots, but didn't do anything with it. However, when he released his new program, I was all in. As I dug into all the info provided (past 24 hours), I realized (even though he said it) that Russ gave us the farm... EVERYTHING, to start a Bot Building business, you can literally change logos and business info and be running in days, hell hours. I have also reached out to him and he has quickly replied. Glad I latched my hitch onto his company. I am super excited for this opportunity. I plan to first start my SaaS Bot Building agency, then I will start to incorporate bots (calling them Assistants) into my online VoIP. I plan to be a very active member here and help others as much as I can. Lastly, thanks to all those (especially Luis) who have offered help right out of the gate. As I look around, I agree with Russ that this Bot automation is just getting warmed up and we are on the ground level. Below is my logo. I decided to not worry about the small things, like stressing over Logo's and all the other minutia details, and just get on with making organic content to start driving leads to my incoming page.

Hey y'all! So excited to be learning from the King! I'm in Atlanta and in the real estate space as well but focus on making recommendations for handicap accessible modifications. As I am watching demos and checking out these capabilities, it looks like I need to start offering some additional services to the agents I already help!
