Hello everyone! Need some help please… I have followed the latest video and have added my GHl and open AI sources, built the prompt using 4o, created the AI chatbot, put the webhook in my automation… and it is not synching. I do notice under the AI chatbot location and human takeover are not listed… Any insights as to what I am doing wrong ?

When updating the GHL connection, consolidata won't communicate with ONE subaccount... only with that one... first photo is from consolidata, next one is the webhook error code. Has this happened to you guys before? How to fix? ive tried reconnect the GHL source to no avail...
