Hi I have a question about AI phone receptionist -- I'd like to set up a phone ai agent where all missed calls will be answered by AI. How do I deliver that in the easiest way possible?
I know I have to get a phone number either from vapi or GHL.
But, I don't want to change all the existing client's phone number on their website, gbp, marketing materials, etc.
For ex: A client has an existing phone number of: 123-456-7890
My AI phone number is 111-222-3333
Should I just forward all missed calls to AI phone number? So when a customer calls 123-345-7890 if my client doesn't answer, then it goes to AI phone?
This gives the client more control because the call always goes to their phone first, then if they don't respond, it'll go to the AI phone number.
Is that the best set up for AI phone number? I appreciate your help.
