Hey we have a FB messenger ad running to the bot. It books appts and also helps to qualify leads. Works really freaking great! The problem is I noticed FB will stop messages after 7 days. So we want to try to get the phone number and email somewhere before those 7 days. We don't go in for the kill right away and ask for the appt and I do think that helps build up some trust with the bot. Do you recommend putting in there "after X amount of questions, get the phone number" or some type of prompt like that to help with this? Our goal is an appt but even if we can get some contact info outside of FB then the businsess can follow up there as well which is still a good lead.
