I just want to make sure that I'm not seeing things here.
In GHL, under sites/Chat Widgets, you can create multiple, independent chat widgets.
But in automations, I can only trigger off of:
Customer Replied
Reply Channel = Live Chat
There's no way to create specific workflow automations for multiple website chatbots?
Is that why you make your demos in distinct sub-accounts? (that's kind of a PITA for me).
Thoughts?
