GHL - automation to STOP the bot from following up not working properly
hey guys, i'm new to GHL but definitely not new to automations. I'm a zapier, pabbly, clickfunnel, klaviyo user for many years so not new to ecom or automations for sure, just new to GHL.
I set up a bot for a custom ecom site where the owner just wants the bot to collect 4 pieces of information - the last question the bot collects is "what is your best shipping address".
so i set up an automation for the bot to ONLY follow up if this field is empty.
i'ts not doing it properly and I can't figure out why. any ideas? is there anything on here that sticks out as obvious to anyone as to why? the bot continues to follow up even when the contact has this field filled out. and i can't figure out why. , anyone? TIA!
