First Bot
Built my first bot to add to my website. Used the prompt builder and followed the steps but not sure if I made a mistake somewhere. The bot did great up until booking the appointment. It asked for the timezone, but then went straight into offering 2 options (didn't ask for email, phone number or day that works best). Any tips?
