Best Calendar for Sales Teams
Hi everyone question. Calendars isn’t a strength of mine.
We have a few Sales Reps. When leads comes in the Lead is assigned to the an assigned user.
We typically use Round Robin Calendars.
BUT we do run Into issues with the bot and if the Bot booked it Will assign it to another agent rather than the assigned user. (Causes headaches for the Team)
IF we use event Calendar, the appoints don’t sync with their outlook calendar the way the round robin one does.
Does anyone have a workaround especially for Large Teams.
