19 Properties in Long Beach/San Pedro (Full Portfolio Sale)
Just had this emailed to me by a broker I've talked to in the past up in Long Beach/San Pedro area, portfolio of small multifamily Hi Brian, I'm excited to share an exclusive off-market opportunity: a portfolio sale of 19 multifamily properties across Long Beach and San Pedro. These buildings range from 3 to 10 units and are being sold as the owner's entire portfolio -- many already priced below market value to sell quickly. The properties are located in varying neighborhoods including Rose Park, Alamitos Beach, South Wrigley, and northwest San Pedro near Palos Verdes. Several offer value-add potential, garages suitable for ADUs, large lots for development, and even stand-alone homes. Attached is a summary sheet of the portfolio. While we don't have marketing packages yet, we do have photos of the Long Beach properties, and San Pedro photos will be available next week.
