If you like my content, this community is for you.
Because fitness world is full of people telling you the “correct” way to train...and Biomechanics Academy is for people who want to understand lifting well enough to figure things out for themselves.
Bring me an exercise you can’t feel, a lift that hurts, a client problem, or advice you can’t make sense of. I’ll help you break it down, understand what’s actually happening, and find solutions.
This isn’t a place for one-size-fits-all answers or false certainty. It’s a problem-solving lab where real problems become lessons in anatomy, physics, biomechanics, and critical thinking. Each problem you solve gives you more of the knowledge and judgment needed to solve the next one.
You get:
🗣️ 1-1 answers from me on every post you make
🤔 Live Q&As
🧠 Exclusive lectures
📚 Biomechanics courses (my deepest material)
🏋️ 350+ exercise demonstrations
💪 Training programs
🤝 A community of passionate coaches/lifters who want to think for themselves

The biomechanics academy is a great place to both discuss the nuanced and multifactorial aspects of lifting as well as a friendly environment to get help with the more simple explanations. Ben puts a lot of effort into not only explaining concepts and their application, but also in trying to make you capable of seeing by yourself what is happening and deriving logical conclusions from it. Its a great environment overall to recieve direct feedback and to understand why things happen.

Ben’s Biomechanics Academy is the best investment I could have made for my coaching business and my personal growth as a thinker and a gym-goer. I’m kind of still getting used to the guilt (or some other vague feelings of unworthiness) of literally having direct access to Ben for all my questions haha. It’s such absurd value being able to talk to someone as experienced and educated as him instead of sifting through Reddit threads trying to figure out what to believe.

Ben is there to listen to and help us all. I definitely feel more confident in the approach I take to my training since joining this community. But this community is about even more than that; we all try to help each other however we can. There is an atmosphere where everyone wants to learn and works hard behind the scenes, and that motivates you to keep learning, training hard, and discovering new things, it’s contagious. I’m grateful to be a part of it.

I am only 20 % into the course and I've learned more from Ben than my degree. Ben just doesn't repeat the stuff but rather questions it and explains the why behind everything , it opened up my reasoning in so many ways beyond textbook knowledge . Also the community is super helpful and.Interactive . Personally it was one of the best investment I could've made as a coach

I used to ask Ben every biomechanics question I had. But he didn’t just give me the answers, he taught me how to find them for myself. Now, when I see or try a new exercise, I can understand what’s happening and figure things out on my own.
