🧠 Freedom, Community, and Better Money
I get the same vibe here on Skool as I do on Nostr. The energy is real—you can feel it through the posts and conversations. People actually want to learn, share, and build each other up. Both attract the same kind of people: 🌱 Freedom-loving ⚡️ Self-sovereign 💬 Hungry to engage + improve It reminds me of the Bitcoin community—builders who saw a broken system and created better money. Bitcoin gives us sovereignty, truth, and a path toward a healthier society. That’s what I feel we’re building here too. Skool is more than a platform—it’s a movement of people reclaiming their voice, their skills, and their ability to earn + connect on their own terms. BillyBs is my piece of that puzzle—a backyard lab where tech, farm life, and sovereignty collide. 👉 Excited to be here with you all. Let’s grow, let’s teach, and let’s prove that freedom scales when we build it together.

Who am I?
👋 Hey everyone, I’m BillyBs I’m a systems engineer by trade, a tinkerer at heart, and a new farmer by circumstance. Four years ago I moved into a small farmhouse and have been learning the ropes of homestead life ever since. Most of my life has been spent in tech — building systems, solving problems, and automating just about anything I can. Now, I’m applying those same skills to everyday life: raising animals, fixing what breaks, and building smarter ways to live free. This community is about more than just farming or tech — it’s about self-sovereignty. Learning to take ownership of our food, our money, and our tools. And here’s the best part: I’m not the “expert at the top.” We’re all teachers here. My goal is to share what I know, learn from what you know, and create a space where failure is just another word for progress. 👉 Now it’s your turn — drop a post and introduce yourself! Tell us who you are, what you’re working on, and what you hope to learn and share.

Sick duck? Maybe it’s missing something.
https://youtube.com/shorts/gAKvuyci4vo?feature=shared First post in the sick bay. Our first time raising ducks and they are all beautiful. Unfortunately, one has become ill. Pigeons-toe foot, bowed leg and difficulty walking. Our young boy has it all. With a little research, we found some supplements to help. From what I gather this stuff came recommended by a vet tech. We will be starting our ducks on this tomorrow. I will post results as we see them. Health multiplier: (not affiliated) https://a.co/d/b7CPkgg Here is some more info on the problem: A lack of niacin in ducks can lead to serious health issues, including weak legs, difficulty walking, and deformities like bowed legs or pigeon-toed feet. It's essential to ensure that ducks receive adequate niacin through their diet to prevent these deficiencies. Importance of Niacin for Ducks Niacin, also known as Vitamin B3, is essential for the health and development of ducks. It plays a critical role in bone growth and helps convert carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into energy. Ducks require a higher amount of niacin compared to chickens, making it vital to ensure they receive adequate levels in their diet. Symptoms of Niacin Deficiency A lack of niacin can lead to several health issues in ducks. Early signs include: - Bowed legs - Enlarged hock joints - Pigeon-toed stance If untreated, these symptoms can worsen, leading to severe weakness and inability to walk. Sources of Niacin To prevent deficiency, provide ducks with a diet rich in niacin.
