Defeat is never final unless you accept it as final. Let me say this in my own words. In every business I’ve built over the last 30 years, I’ve set goals I didn’t hit the first time. Significant ranks. Income milestones. Big visions. And sometimes… I missed the date. But I never called myself a failure. Missing a goal is not failure. It’s growth. It’s feedback. It’s becoming the woman who can carry the goal. One of my superpowers is that I know how to fail forward. I don’t quit in my mind. I adjust. I stretch. I keep moving. And I also live by this line from The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino_: “I will persist until I succeed.” That’s not hype. That’s a decision. 📖 Book of the Month: Think and Grow Rich Today I want to talk about one of the most powerful principles in Think and Grow Rich — FAITH. Napoleon Hill says: “Faith is the head chemist of the mind.” He teaches that faith is a state of mind that can be developed through affirmation and repeated instruction to the subconscious mind. Let that sink in. Faith is not luck. Faith is not wishing. Faith is not waiting for proof. Faith is created. Hill explains that the subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is repeatedly impressed upon it. That means if you constantly rehearse doubt, fear, and “I don’t know if I can do this,” your mind accepts that as truth. But if you rehearse belief… expectancy… certainty… Your mind goes to work on that too. He even gives the example of how fear and faith are both emotionalized states — and whichever one you feed becomes dominant. That’s powerful for us. Because many people join a business excited… and then doubt creeps in. “Can I really do this?” “Am I cut out for this?” “What if I fail?” Hill would say that’s simply negative emotion being repeated. Faith, on the other hand, is built intentionally. It’s built when you: • Speak what you want before you see it • Visualize the outcome daily • Act as if success is inevitable • Stay plugged into a mastermind environment • Repeat empowering thoughts until they become belief Faith is what allows you to move before results show up. And here’s what I love… Hill studied over 500 wealthy and successful people. Every single one of them had unwavering belief before their breakthrough. Not after. Before.
