Your job is not to give the presentation before the presentation!
Keep the invitation short.
Warm-Market Script
“Hey ___! I need a quick favor. I’m participating in a team promotion this month, and I need to bring a few guests to one of our Zoom presentations. Would you be willing to be my guest? There’s absolutely no pressure—I’d just love for you to watch and give me your feedback.”
Curiosity Script
“Hey ___, I thought about you today. I’m involved with something centered around travel, lifestyle savings and additional income, and we’re doing a short online presentation. I’d love to have you as my guest. Are you available for the next Zoom?”
Promotion Script
“I need your help! I’m working toward completing an August team promotion, and one of my requirements is bringing guests to our Zoom presentations. Would you help me out by being my guest? No obligation whatsoever—I just need you to watch and give me your feedback afterward.”
Invite first. Explain later.
If we talk too much, people start making a decision before they’ve even seen the information.
