It's been a little while since I've posted here, but I've been thinking a lot about what I want this community to become.
There are thousands of places online that teach children Spanish.
That's not what I want this space to be.
I want this to be the place where parents learn how to raise children who are confident, curious, and ready to learn. Spanish is a huge part of that journey, but it's only one piece of the bigger picture.
Over the next few weeks, we're going to talk about things like:
• How young brains actually learn languages
• Simple things you can do at home that make a bigger difference than expensive apps
• The mistakes I see parents make over and over, and how to avoid them
• Fun activities that fit into real life without adding more to your already busy schedule
Whether you've been here since the beginning or you're just finding this community, I'm really glad you're here.
I'd love to reconnect.
Tell me your child's age and one thing you'd love help with right now. It could be getting them to speak more Spanish, building confidence, preparing for kindergarten, or anything else that's on your mind.
I'll be reading every comment, and your answers will help shape what we cover next.
