Parents usually notice the big milestones.
"I had a whole conversation!"
"She spoke Spanish with Grandma!"
Those moments are exciting.
But I pay attention to something else.
The first time a child answers without being prompted.
The first spontaneous Spanish word.
The first moment they choose Spanish on their own.
Those tiny victories eventually become big ones.
Never overlook them.
Today's challenge: Share one small win from this week.
No victory is too small.
We're celebrating all progress here.
