Hey everyone, I'm Jim from Cleveland Ohio. I'm looking to house hack first by buying a multi-unit, living in one unit and renting out the others. Then I plan on buying a commercial property as an investment. The classroom looks like it has a lot of great training. I'm hoping I get to level 2 quickly so I can get the bonus content. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and helping out where I can, maybe even partnering on a deal or two as well.
