Running out of time
I'm seeking some advice from the community on scaling. I'm going into my 5th year as a real estate agent and now I'm on the investor side as well. I've been getting too busy working in the business and not on the business so I'm trying to start delegating lower value activities so I can stay focused on building. How do I start delegating lower value activities off of my plate so I can continue to focus on building out the investing branch of my real estate business?

@Aaron Escobedo This is awesome, Thank you. Do you partner with a co list agent for signs lockbox etc? or is there a service for that sort of thing

@Aaron Escobedo Wow! Your title person does the lockboxes?? How do I find one like that? Lol the companies I usually use give me some benefits like foreclosure lists and tickets to sporting events.. but forget the tigers if I can get them to help with lockboxes😂 and the requests I get from title are probably one of my larger time vacuums. Do you think that’s just a matter of having a TC or should I be setting those expectations more clearly with them?

Hey Everyone, I'm currently a residential realtor and investor in the metro detroit market. My goal for this year is to transition into Majority investing, Wholesaling and sourcing great deals both commercial and residential and only working with sellers on the realtor side. Excited to be in the community and get some commercial deals rolling!
