Intro
Hi all, just doing an intro. Names Abdullah. Just started my powerlifting journey and doing my first meet in a few weeks
Hello from NH!
Hello everyone! I competed in my first powerlifting meet in 2020, and have been addicted since. I have been battling knee issues for years, but both knees stopped me from being able to do any of the 3 lifts, back in May of this year. I have been working with an orthopedic surgeon and a trusted PT, and am finally making some progress. Pain free deadlifts and benching! Have a lot of strength to rebuild, and a squat that is still a work in progress. I have worked with BIg Benchas in the past, and the community just can't be beat. I look forward to being an active member of this community.

Hi all
my name is Dan. I've been powerlifting for many years. I've gotten into geared multiply about 5 yrs ago. Unfortunately I haven't lifted any weights in about a year due to mental and physical health problems. Hopefully with help from coach Ben and support from this group I can find my way back to doing my favorite sport
