Has anyone decided what there Misogi is for the year?? Mine is to run a half-marathon in May!!! This is big for me since I am NOT a runner AT ALL. I could barely do 1 mile the other day of light jog at 19min a mile. I'm curious to know, what is your hard thing that you are doing this year?!?
