I started dieting when I was 13. I stated slimming world (a UK diet group) but never got into it.
I’ve tried slim shakes, tablets, patches.. anything to lose weight.
In 2021 I started the gym for the first time. But unexpectedly fell pregnant and so stopped going due to a high risk pregnancy.
Then forgot about losing weight due to my sons many operations and care. Then 3 months later, found out we were unexpectedly pregnant again… i lost weight during my second pregnancy and felt great. But that was almost 2 years ago. And alongside breastfeeding came the snacking.. shooting my weight back up.
Now that my children are 2 and 3 they’re wanting to play more physical games and run around the park and I can’t even do that yet. I can’t even carry my 3 year old to bed (he has disabilities)
So I have decided to give it one last try with everything iv got to not just allow me to do these things- but to also extend my life and improve my health for my babies!
