Yes you do. A CRM is how you will manage your leads, contacts and follow up. Best case scenario is one where you have administrative control and can customize you sources of business, pipelines, segments and tags/labels. If you can't, they may already be existing and you can use what is in your existing CRM / system. (Oh and what's a CRM?) It's a customer relationship management program that you use to store and manage your contacts / leads / clients and their contact information as well as notes on your correspondence with leads and clients. Most businesses are using some sort of CRM today, but yours may not be and if that's the case, it may be time to start evaluating what's out there.
