I'm excited to share with you that today I'm launching a first ever challenge in this community: the 21-day hydration challenge, where the main goal is to drink at least 2L of water per day.
Some of you may already drink that amount daily, and some of you may not. Either way, I thought it would be a fun and simple challenge for anyone who decides to participate.
The challenge is not time-limited, meaning you don't have to start today, but once you decide to start you have to stick to it for 21 days straight.
