I have heard many including Preston Dennett say that we astral project often in our sleep, and many dreams are actually half remembered OBE's. If that is true, then one can OBE without going through the vibrational state, in fact I heard once you get good at projecting you don't even feel the vibrations anymore. What do you think Pierre?

I have lots of lucid dreams but a few of them are different, I call them 'higher level' lucid dreams. They are super vivid and more stable, with a higher energy. Do you think they could be OBE's? How would I know the difference? These happen when I try to see my dream body from the outside, like my dream camera goes into 3rd person view.
