We talked about how people process grief all different ways. Julian had me on as a grief expert to talk with his audience about what 'normal' looks like and how to do it 'better'.
- When several members of a family and friends pass away in a short time
- When they are young and the loss is swift or unexpected
- When there's an illness beforehand, so some of the grieving happens in advance
We also explored, beyond the heartbreak, the clarity many people find, which changes priorities and transforms purpose. For me, it's been a question of how to parallel path grieving and living.
If you are interested and watch it, I would be grateful to hear if anything in particular lands for you.
