The Code of Conduct: Rules of the Arena 📖
This community is a sanctuary for high-performers. To protect the collective energy and ensure the growth of every member, we strictly enforce the following Five Commandments. 1. The Quality Standard (No Low-Effort Posts) We do not do "fluff." Before you post, ask yourself: Does this provide value, spark a philosophical debate, or share a scientific insight? * Prohibited: One-sentence posts, "GM/GN" spam, or vague questions that could be answered by a 5-second Google search. - The Standard: Contextualize your thoughts. If you share a win, share the process that led to it. 2. Zero Leeching (No Self-Promotion) This is a place to give and grow, not a marketplace to hunt. - Prohibited: Direct messaging members to sell your services, posting links to your own courses/YouTube/Telegram, or "cloaked" self-promotion. - The Penalty: Instant removal. We have a zero-tolerance policy for leeches. 3. Radical Ownership We follow the philosophy of extreme accountability. - The Standard: We do not complain about coaches, teammates, or "the system." We discuss what is within our Locus of Control. If you come with a problem, come with three potential solutions you are already testing. 4. Intellectual Humility You may be the star on your court, but in this room, you are a student of the game of life. - The Standard: Respect the different perspectives of athletes across all sports. Approach every interaction with the intent to learn. Ego-driven arguments and toxicity will be met with a permanent ban. 5. The Action Mandate This is not a library for spectators; it is a gym for practitioners. - The Standard: If you consume a course or a lesson, you are expected to implement it. Members who remain inactive for long periods (lurking without contributing or applying) may be removed to make room for athletes who are hungry for the work. Note to Members: By entering this community, you are signing a silent contract with your future self. Violation of the Code is a violation of your own potential.
