We bought AI but nothing changed...what we did wrong?
The problem is usually not the AI tool. It is the process you attached it to. Let me be honest: many teams are trying to implement AI on top of messy work: unclear owners, no definition of done, five versions of the same document. Then AI enters the room and everyone expects magic. But AI does not fix confusion, it starts hallucinating and increases confusion. Here’s what I mean: before adding an agent, prompt, or automation, audit the process like a normal human first. Check list: - What task repeats every week? - Who owns the input, review, and final decision? - Where does the work get stuck? - What should AI draft, check, summarize, or route? - Where must a human approve? Share, what process in your business would you audit first? #AIWorkflow #Operations #AIForBusiness #Productivity
