You may have noticed that the Harbor theme has been showing up more and more around here. I’m pulling the graphics, language, tools, and resources together so they feel like parts of the same Harbor without going overboard with the theme. And now we’re getting to the fun part: putting the Harbor to work. ⚓ First Up: The Harbor Assessment™ The next step is the Harbor Assessment™. It will help you dig a little deeper into what’s contributing to your digital overwhelm instead of trying to fix everything that feels frustrating at once. When you complete it, you’ll discover: • The two streams currently contributing most to your overwhelm • A hidden strength you can use to your advantage • A simple first step you can take to begin moving forward The Assessment will live on my website. Unfortunately, my website decided this weekend was an excellent time to crash. 🤦🏼♀️ So the Assessment is temporarily sitting at the dock. I’ll release it as soon as the website is back up and behaving itself. 🗺️ We’ll Explore the Harbor Journey™ If you’ve visited the Start Here classroom, you’ve already seen the Harbor Journey Guide. The Harbor Journey™ gives us the five stages we’ll use throughout the Harbor: ⚓ Anchor → 🌅 Imagine → 🗺️ Plot → ⛵ Sail → 🧭 Navigate The goal isn’t to hand you one perfect system. It’s to help you learn how to build systems that work for you and continue adapting them as your business changes. ➖ We’ll Put the One Less Method™ to Work As we start organizing our digital lives, I’ll also show you how to use the One Less Method™. A lot of digital organization advice starts with some version of "Put everything in one place." That can be a great destination. It doesn’t always make a great starting point. The One Less Method™ takes a gentler approach. Instead of trying to completely reorganize your digital life at once, we look for opportunities to remove one unnecessary app, one extra step, one decision, or one source of friction at a time. You can still move toward the finish line without shredding your nervous system trying to get there.
