Homeschooling is more than just a choice, or a freedom or right.
Teaching our children is the calling GOD has placed on the life of every parent. And the bottom line is that it is all about Heaven, not Harvard.
It is about stewarding the hearts and minds of our children to turn their gazes upon The I AM.
Deuteronomy 6:5-7 tells us: “You shall love the Lord your GOD with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.”
As we take up this stewardship, we desperately need the prayers, fellowship, encouragement, exhortations, and support found in church community- which is to be like no other- bearing with one another abundantly by the fruit of the Spirit and in the love of Christ that has been lavished upon us in grace and mercy and forgiveness.
