AI changed everything. And most people haven’t caught up. They’re still sitting in traffic. Still punching clocks. Still paying $3,200 a month for a one-bedroom and a window view of someone else’s burnout. Meanwhile… you could be in Belize. Laptop open. Feet in the sand. Running your life on your terms. here’s the niche: Digital Nomad Cost-of-Living Breakdowns (no face, no stress, just voice + video + value) What you’re doing is showing people the math behind freedom. How much it actually costs to live in Bali, Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, etc. And how affordable peace of mind really is—when you zoom out from the rat race. why it works: - Remote work isn’t a trend—it’s the new normal - AI lets you automate 70% of the grind - People want to live better, they just don’t know where to start You become the bridge. The one who shows the numbers, the options, and the dream in a way that feels doable. how it pays: - Affiliate links (VPNs, travel cards, relocation tools) - Brand deals - Your own Belize relocation guide, checklist, or course - YouTube ad revenue from bingeable content no camera. no pretending. just real info that opens doors. This niche isn’t just about content. It’s about creating momentum. For you and your audience. They get inspired. You get paid. And maybe—just maybe—you all end up barefoot somewhere beautiful. Who else just got inspired ?

Early Grind and 2025 Retirement Plans ☀️
Love my conversations with @Angel Novelo ! Our goal is to have our homes built in Belize sooner than later. I am so proud of him already taking steps to secure that dream. 💪🏼 Hang around people that feed your soul, not take from It. Breathe life into each other. Leave the dramatics in 2024.

Why Belize? Belize is who I am 💖
Belize isn’t just where I grew up, it’s the heart of who I am. Born and raised there until I was 19, I carry every bit of that slow, beautiful life with me. Belize is a place where the days unfold at their own pace, where people truly take the time to connect. It’s where the aroma of stewed chicken, rice and beans, and fry jacks fills the air, and where every meal feels like a celebration. The music? That’s the soundtrack of my childhood. The drumbeats of punta and the smooth rhythms of reggae and soca taught me to move through life with joy and rhythm. Whether it was a Saturday night dance or a random roadside jam session, music was everywhere, part of the soul of the community. Life was slower, simpler, but full. Neighbors looked out for each other, and families were everything. We valued moments over things, sitting on the verandah sharing stories, watching the sunrise at the cayes, or cheering on the streets for September celebrations. These weren’t just pastimes; they were reminders of what really mattered, love, laughter, and togetherness. Growing up in Belize taught me to see the beauty in the little things, to stay grounded, and to always prioritize the things that fill the heart. It’s that mindset I carry with me today, no matter where life takes me. Belize will always be my foundation, my reminder of what’s truly important. Belize will take some time to get adjusted to, but once you have gotten accustomed to how life should really be lived, you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. My heart is FULL whenever I am in Belize. I feel whole again.

From Vacation to Forever in Placencia 🌼
Placencia is that kind of place where life slows down whether you’re ready for it or not. The village is a slice of paradise with sandy beaches, swaying palms, and just the right amount of quirky charm to make you feel like you’ve found something the rest of the world hasn’t caught on to yet. The “Main Street” is actually a skinny little sidewalk…the world’s narrowest, and so the only traffic jams you’ll see involve a bike, a pot licker (dog), and maybe a cart selling coconuts. Mornings are for sipping your coffee while the sea calls your name, afternoons are for mandatory hammock time , if you’re retired; don’t fight! And evenings…well fresh seafood and sunsets so breathtaking it should come with a warning. It’s like Florida, but without the strip malls and stress. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It is a skinny little peninsula way down south in Belize, in the Stann Creek District, with the Caribbean Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other. It’s just 16 miles long, with about 4,000 people, locals and expats who figured out life’s better in flip flops. Getting here is a 3 hour drive from the international airport in Belize City, but it’s worth the bumps. I have spent most of my time in the northern side of Belize, but as of recent I must say that I am being called to venture down south! Difference between Placencia and San Pedro? San Pedro is an island off the coast of the mainland Belize while Placencia is on the mainland where you can drive to. One accessible by car, boat and plane while San Pedro by boat and puddle jumper only. 🛥️🚗✈️

Kodak moment 🎞️🌅
When people ask me what retirement will look like? Except I will have a book in my hand 📚 When I go home to Belize, this is my idea of the perfect day. I can stare at the reef for days on end. She is majestic and glorious. 🏝️🪸🐠 Some just see water, but some of us know that there is a whole world of vibrant life right beneath the surface! This is my calling! 📞🏝️🐟
