What’s the first thing you noticed changing in your energy?
For me, it started with afternoon crashes.
Some days I could power through…
But other days, I needed a 1-hour nap around 2–3 PM just to get back to normal.
At first, I didn’t think much of it.
Looking back, that was one of the earliest signs that something was off.
