45 Minutes. Three Steps. This Is What Deep Recovery Looks Like.
On Friday, I did something I've been wanting to do for a while.
I went through the 10X Health Superhuman Protocol.
For those who don't know what that is — it's a three-step, 45-minute wellness circuit designed to work at the cellular level. Not surface-level recovery. Deep, cellular optimization.
Here's how it works:
Step 1 — PEMF Mat Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. Your cells get recharged at the foundational level. Before you can perform, you have to recharge. Most people skip this step entirely — because they don't even know it exists.
Step 2 — Oxygen-Rich Cardio. You're breathing concentrated oxygen while doing light cardio. Your cells get saturated. Think about that — you can optimize everything on the outside. Nutrition. Sleep. Training. But if your cells aren't oxygen-saturated, you're leaving performance on the table.
Step 3 — Red Light Bed. This one is hard to describe.

I'm not there yet...
Because here's my thinking — if getting this done periodically at a clinic has this kind of potential... what would daily access do for my performance and longevity over 12 months?
