WALK, RUN, AND STAY PRESENT: THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY

I already posted my previous short video with the message in English here in the community, and while I hope you liked it, I must admit it was a real challenge! Zhivka is so dynamic, lively, and restless (that's why she is named Zhivka!), so I had to put in a lot of effort to keep the camera steady while focusing on good diction and speech as she kept pulling me around. 🐾😅

That is why this morning we recorded another short video from our walk to motivate everyone here in the community. I don't record very often because I prefer to enjoy the pure freedom and be present in the exact moment while we walk. But even though the camera isn't always on, we are more than consistent and regular every single morning! 🏃‍♂️🔥

Emotion is the key — when you are consistent and happy with what you do, you rise above any feeling of lack.
