Ebay return help
Hi, thinkninhave messed up. My first ebay return. I sent the wrong item just a sku number mix up by me, buyer is sending item back but i sent the ordered item myself. Now ebay says i have to give full refund wvwn though he has the correct item. Any way i sort this without getting a bad mark on my account. Thanks
