🛠️ Course Creation Update!
Hey all, I wanted to give you a quick update on my progress as I build out the Be Healthy course. Right now, I’m planning to create 8 core videos, plus a few bonus ones from Lexi. Her videos will dive into our journey preparing for pregnancy, navigating pregnancy naturally, and why we chose to have our baby in Mexico. So far, I’ve finished writing the scripts for the first 4 videos, covering topics like grounding, water, sleep, and sun exposure. I'm now working on the script for Video 5, which will focus on food and nutrition. Once all the scripts are done, I’ll start building out the presentations and then begin recording each one so they’re clear and easy to consume. Here’s a sneak peek at the course outline (see photo below 📸). Let me know if you have any feedback or ideas on what you'd like me to cover. Hello, Be Healthy Community! I’m thrilled to share the vision for our journey together towards a healthier lifestyle. Over the coming weeks, I'll be diving deep into over 20 different health topics, conducting thorough research to uncover the truths and share them with you all through quick, digestible presentations. The purpose being to get content out to you as quickly as possible and to spark topics of discussion. Once the meat and potatoes are out there, I plan to revisit each topic to create high-quality, detailed presentations that are not only informative but also entertaining and engaging. Some topics include: - Grounding Techniques - Optimizing Sleep - Sun Exposure and Vitamin Intake - Water and Fluoride Awareness - Mind and Emotional Health - Active Living - Diet and Nutrition - Lifestyle Adjustments - What to Look Out for in the Home & Kitchen - Tips for Eating Out - Skincare - Spiritual and Social Wellness We're in this together, and I want this community to be as interactive as possible.
