Between Roles is a space for understanding how pressure changes behaviour.
It’s for capable people who function well most of the time, but notice that under evaluation, authority, uncertainty, or transition, something shifts.
Thinking narrows.
Behaviour changes.
Speech alters.
Choice drops out.
People freeze, over-explain, rush, go quiet, people-please, or default to trying to get things “right” instead of staying clear.
This isn’t a personal flaw.
It’s a predictable response to pressure.
We don’t analyse personality or work at the level of identity. We work with situations moments where pressure appears and something changes in how you think, speak, or act.
By slowing those moments down, we look at where pressure enters the system, what shifts under load, and what choices disappear or remain.
The aim isn’t fixing or self-improvement.
It’s restoring clarity and choice.
It’s a calm,
facilitated space for noticing patterns and
reducing distortion when the system heats up.
