This Week’s Meal Plan + Grocery List
Here’s a simple meal plan for this week so you don’t have to think about what to cook
These are all beginner-friendly and quick meals:
Meal 1: Garlic Butter Chicken + Rice +Broccoli
Ingredients
  • Chicken breast or thighs
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil
  • Broccoli (optional side)
  • Rice (for serving)
How to make it:
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks faster
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
  4. Add the chicken and cook until golden
  5. Add garlic + butter
  6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything smells amazing
Serve it with:
Rice + broccoli (super easy and beginner friendly)
