Here’s a simple meal plan for this week so you don’t have to think about what to cook
These are all beginner-friendly and quick meals:
Meal 1: Garlic Butter Chicken + Rice +Broccoli
Ingredients
- Chicken breast or thighs
- Garlic
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil
- Broccoli (optional side)
- Rice (for serving)
How to make it:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks faster
- Season with salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
- Add the chicken and cook until golden
- Add garlic + butter
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything smells amazing
Serve it with:
Rice + broccoli (super easy and beginner friendly)
